Information about the nature of the scheme<\/b><\/p>\n

Government Decision Dadbhu\/2010\/Pr.No.62\/Pr-6, dated 16 September 2010 and 31.10.2015 and 25 January 2018 from the Rural Development Department and Water Conservation Department, Government of Maharashtra<\/span><\/p>\n

Works to be undertaken under the scheme<\/b>:-<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>In rural areas, to<\/b> arrange<\/b> the<\/b> cremation\/burial<\/b> land<\/b> ,<\/b> to<\/b> keep<\/b> it<\/b> in<\/b> good<\/b> condition<\/b> and<\/b> to<\/b> regulate<\/b> it<\/b> for<\/b> this<\/b> work<\/b> to<\/b> be<\/b>taken<\/b> on<\/b> the<\/b> cemetery<\/b> land<\/b> :-<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1. <\/span>Cremation\/Burial Land Acquisition<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. <\/span>Construction of the platform<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. <\/span>Shed construction<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9. <\/span>Land leveling and flooring<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a010. <\/span>Memorial Park<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. <\/span>Gram Panchayat<\/b> Building\/Office<\/b> Regarding<\/b> Works<\/b> to be undertaken<\/b> :-<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Construction of a new Gram Panchayat building and internal facilities of the building<\/li>\n
    2. <\/b> Reconstruction<\/span> of old<\/span> Gram Panchayat<\/span> building<\/span> \/<\/span> extension<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. <\/b> \u00a0 <\/span>Planting trees in the Gram Panchayat premises,<\/span> improvement of the premises,<\/span> installation of a pond in the premises,<\/span> and<\/span> other<\/span> ancillary<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. <\/span>To increase the scope of works under the public facilities scheme:-<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Develop a weekly market center within the Gram Panchayat limits<\/li>\n
      2. Removing silt from the village pond and beautifying the village ponds.<\/li>\n
      3. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Solid Waste<\/span> Arrangement<\/span> Do<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Construction of an underground drainage system.<\/li>\n
      5. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Installation of solar energy based double hand pumps and arrangement of water purification RO plant in the existing areas within the Gram Panchayat limits<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0d) Roads to be constructed under the Public Utilities Scheme<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Internal roads<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Construction of a connecting road from one settlement\/village to another<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          Terms\/Conditions\/Eligibility for Participation in the Scheme<\/b><\/p>\n

          1) Administrative approval for every work under this scheme should be obtained through the Gram Panchayat after the consent of the Gram Sabha.<\/span><\/p>\n

          2)Technical approval should be obtained through a competent authority.<\/span><\/p>\n

          3) Budget and plan maps<\/span><\/p>\n

          4) Maintenance\/Repair\/Gram Panchayat Guarantee and Gram Panchayat Resolution<\/span><\/p>\n

          5) The selection of works under this scheme will be done through the District Planning Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

          6) 7\/12 copy of the site where construction is to be done or sample 8 copy of the site<\/span><\/p>\n

          7) Certificate stating that the work presented is not proposed or approved under any other scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8) Site map of the proposed site<\/span><\/p>\n
