Area :- This scheme will be implemented online in rural and urban areas in all states and union territories on a voluntary basis.
Beneficiary:- To develop basic literacy (reading, writing) and numeracy among illiterate persons of the age group of 15 years and above in the country.
Advantages: The main objective is to improve 100 percent numeracy skills of all illiterate youth and adults, men and women, in the country.
