The 'General Administration Department' of the Panchayat Samiti is an important department that looks after the administrative work, personnel management (promotion, transfers), confidential reports, account-wise inquiries, financial management and implementation of development schemes within the Panchayat Samiti.

Employee management

This department is responsible for the promotion, transfers, pension and account-wise inquiries of Class-3 and Class-4 employees.

Administrative work

This department is responsible for convening Panchayat Samiti meetings and implementing the decisions of the committee.

Financial and development plans

Part of the work of this department is to implement the resolutions and decisions of the committee as well as monitor various development plans.

Monitoring and control

To carry out works as per the orders of the Zilla Parishad and the Government and to improve the administrative efficiency of the Panchayat Samiti.
