- To manage own cess budget of Zilla Parishad and management of funds allocated by government under various government schemes.
- To manage finance and investment avenues of ZP.
- Keeping all the accounts of Zilla Parishad updated as per the format prescribed by the Government.
- Finalising the accounts and presenting a report regarding financial status of Zilla Parishad in Zilla Parishad’s general meeting.
