Providing bicycles to backward class students of 5th to 9th standard Under this scheme, bicycles are provided to students from 5th to 9th standard.

1. The beneficiary should be from a backward class (SC/ST/Vija/Bhaj).
2. Caste certificate must be from a competent officer.
