Grants and benefits :-
1. A grant of Rs. 1, 20, 000/- has been fixed for the house.
2. The first installment of Rs. 15,000/-, second installment of Rs. 70,000/-, third installment of Rs. 30,000/-, fourth installment of Rs. 5000/- is deposited in the bank account of the beneficiaries through the PFMS system.
3. It is mandatory to construct a toilet along with the house.
4. Additional assistance of Rs 12,000 and 90 days of employment (under MGNREGA) can be availed for constructing a toilet.

1. An amount of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- is provided as a grant for the construction of a new house.
The subsidy can be deposited into the beneficiary's bank account through the PFMS system.
2. First installment of Rs. 90,000/- for Gharkul, second installment Rs. 90,000/-, third installment Rs. 20,000/-
3. It is mandatory to construct a toilet along with the house.
