The eligibility conditions for beneficiaries to avail the benefits of the scheme under the Tribal Upoyojana (In-Area/Out-Area) will remain as follows.

  1. The beneficiary must be a Scheduled Tribe farmer.
  2. The farmer must have a caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
  3. It is necessary to have a 7/12 certificate of land ownership, 8-A copy in the name of the farmer.
  4. The beneficiary must have an Aadhaar card.

  8. The priority order for beneficiary selection will be as follows:
    1. Beneficiaries below poverty line
    2. Tribal beneficiaries
    3. Individual forest leaseholder

9. Once the full benefit of the relevant scheme is availed, the benefit of this scheme will not be payable to the same beneficiary or family for the next five years.
