Nature of the scheme

Scheme criteria

1. To encourage families without individual toilets to build and use toilets,

2. Providing incentive grants to families who construct and use individual toilets.

3. Overall, to make the entire village open defecation free.

1. The name of the head of the household should not be in the baseline survey of 2012,

2. Such families should not have personal toilets,

3. This family should not have previously benefited from a toilet under any scheme.

4.Beneficiaries: APL – Small Landholders, Landless Agricultural Labourers, SC, ST, Female Head of Household, Disabled. BPL – SC, ST, and इतर कुटूंबांना 12000 रूपये प्रति शौचालय (Incentive Grant). is given
