Supply of two dairy animals to disabled livestock farmers at a 10% subsidy
To create interest in self-employment among disabled cattle breeders in the district, the government has prescribed the amount of Rs. 70,000/- for one cow and Rs. 80,000/- for one buffalo under this scheme to increase the income from milk production. Under this scheme, 10% Z. P. subsidy of Rs. 1,26,000 for two cows and Rs. 1,44,000/- for two buffaloes is fixed. The insurance and transportation expenses of the cow/buffalo have to be borne by the beneficiary himself.
